2.1 Our service has been created to help you find those hard-to-find telephone numbers and make contact in an easy and quick way with the organisations you are looking for.

2.2 On our promotions we include information about the relevant organisation and a premium rate number you can call. You will hear a recording of the relevant organisation’s direct number, remain on the line for the call to be connected to that organisation.

2.3 We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or associated in any way with any of the organisations we list.

  1. Your Representations

3.1. By registering for, and using this service, you hereby confirm to us at all such times that you:

  • Are located in the United Kingdom;
  • Are aged 18 years or over;
  • Are of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions;
  • Can enter into a legally binding agreement and you are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration;
  • Are the authorised owner of the phone and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

3.2. Persons in breach of this agreement are not entitled to access and/or use the service. You cannot use the service unless you have first registered with us.

 

  1. Our liability

4.1. The liability of the promoter and its associated/managing companies shall be limited to the amount of the charges actually paid.

4.2. We shall not be liable:

  • for any loss or damage that we could not have reasonably been expected to foresee at the start of the agreement, or for any loss of or corruption to data, systems or equipment, or
  • for the actions of any independent third parties in connection with the availability or delivery of the service, in particular any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the content from being readily available, or
  • for ensuring that all persons who access our website through your internet connection, or access our service using your phone, are aware of these terms of use and our Privacy Policy, and they comply with them

4.3. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

 

  1. Viruses, Hacking and other offences

5.1. By using this service you agree that you will not attempt or encourage misuse of the service by introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, the server on which the service is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the service. You must not attack the service.

5.2. By breaching the above you commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Where necessary, we will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity and personal information to them.

5.3. In the event of any breaches mentioned above, your right to use the service will cease immediately without notice to you, or any liability to us.

5.3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the service or other material posted on it, or any services linked to it.

6.1. Use or copying of the service materials except as otherwise permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited and in particular, you agree to use the service materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial use and specifically not for any business, commercial or public purpose.

  

  1. Complaints Procedure

If for any reason you are not happy with the reason and you would like to file a complaint you may contact us by using the details found on our website. We aim to respond to your complaint within five working days.

Further advice

If for any reason you are not happy with our response, you can refer your complaint, to CommsADR, who are authorised by the Government under the Alternative Dispute Resolution service for the purposes of consumer disputes (competent authorities and information) regulations 2015, to provide an independent review of complaints and dispute resolution services.  You can visit their website via the following link: https://www.commsadr.co.uk/createclaim/
